How to Evaluate Findability?

 

In assessing Findability, FindWAtt focuses on 3 questions:

  • When customers search, do they get the correct results?
  • When they drill down through the category structure, are the expected products showing up?
  • Are product descriptions sufficient to differentiate one product from another?

We evaluate Findability from 2 perspectives:

Findability from the Top-Down

This view is focused on usability. It looks at a website from the perspective of a visitor and encompasses search, navigation, presentation, etc.
